Great location, right in the center with a beautiful view of the lake. The staff was responsive and helpful in planning our stay.
One drawback was that the breakfast was not up to par, lacking in quantity and hygiene. However, if they improve the quality and cleanliness of the breakfast, it would be a fantastic choice for staying in Sapa.

Whole place could benefit from a proper paint job. Rooms were clean but slightly grimy. Stains on the sheets. Staff was brusque.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The travel agency attached to the hotel "Pathfinder" was reliable and helpful also. The location is convenient in the heart of the town. We had a room with a view to the front of the buidling over the village and mountains which was lovely.
The place could do with a good clean, there were cobwebs and dust in the bedroom, a gentle sense of uncleanliness. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for this reason.

The hotel is situated in a great location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the rooms were well-furnished and comfortable, with good quality bedding and towels. Another bonus was the rooftop terrace, which offered great views and a nice place to relax.
The stairs up to the hotel were a bit of a challenge, especially with heavy luggage. the hotel also suffered from some noise from the surrounding construction, which could be a bit disruptive at times.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. The location was excellent - close to many local attractions and transportation options. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed.
The breakfast offered was average, and the western options were not that great. The lack of a lift could be a problem for those with mobility issues.
